We have a regular programme of entertainment here at Pelly House, normally hosted in our main bar. You can see what we have coming up by browsing the posters below, and checking out the yearly schedule at the bottom of this page.

Some of our entertainment/events are chargeable ticket events, but most is free for Members. Guests will always pay for our entertainment/events.

Alongside our live entertainment, we host a number of regular events, including Hi Low Cards, Bingo, Quiz Night and Happy Hours. We've also started our brand new Monday games night, with Chase the Joker and Key to the Box. From 5:30pm on a Monday, ticket sales open for both games. Chase the Joker costs £2 per entry ticket, and we're now allowing Members to purchase up to 5 tickets each. One person gets picked to play each week, and they can select a card from the locked cabinet at the end of the bar. If a Joker is revealed, they win the cashpot, and if not, the cashpot rolls over to the next week. If an Ace is found, you win a free drink. After this, we play Key to the Box. Members can buy as many tickets as they like, at £2 each. Ten people are selected to play each week, and you are presented with 40 keys to choose from. If you choose the correct key to open the box, you win the cashpot. If nobody manages to unlock the box, the cashpot rolls over to the next week.

 

Every Wednesday from 5:30pm, we host Hi Low Cards. Players must work their way through nine cards, deciding if the next one is higher or lower than the one before. This game is for Members only. Tickets cost £2 per entry, and multiple entries are possible. We play for whatever money is in the pot that week. We play up to 10 games, then if the prize pot isn't won, it rolls over to the next week. It's great fun and one not to miss!

 

Every other Thursday, we host Bingo. Books cost £8.40 for the evening and there's a cash raffle too. Book sales open at 7:30pm with eyes down around 8pm. There's cash prizes and a £50 prize for the fastest house of the night. Friends and family are welcome to join Members, though it's over 18s only.

 

On the penultimate Friday of each month, we host our Quiz Night. Teams of up to six with £3 entry fee per person. Cash prizes for the winners and runners up. 

 

We also have two Happy Hours each week, Tuesdays from 3-5pm and Saturdays from 2-4pm, where members can benefit from 10% off of bar purchases.
